More Christmas Ornaments

Here are some of the latest Christmas ornaments I have done. I can't post some due to the fact that they are going to be surprise gifts :)

 

The red box is what I send out the ornaments in.

If interested in ordering a glass Christmas ball, send an email to erinraught@yahoo.com with your pet's photo and if you want a clear ornament or pearly white. Each bulb is $25, plus $2 shipping and handling. If you order more than one bulb, shipping is free. I accept check, money order, or paypal.

New Artwork PLUS Christmas!

I have done a few pieces of art since I last updated (just slacking on the updates...) Take a gander:

 

This picture was done with small reference photos, all of the dog running. I put my imagination together and got this out of the photos of how the dog would look posing. It is not perfect realism, but it was hard from having small photos. I still like how it came out, even if it is a bit stylized.

 

I started to do some Christmas ornaments of pet portraits! These are lots of fun to do :D I have missed painting.

If anyone is interested in my Christmas ornaments, they are $25 each. Just send me an email at erinraught@yahoo.com . Also, my regular pet portraits (like my Pitbull and black and white Cat pictures) are done at $40 for a digital copy only, or $75 for a high-quality print-out with it.

Pit Bull Completed

Hey all! I completed the pit bull portrait I was working on. Overall, it took around 7 hours of work. I am very happy with it! Take a peek.

 

Such a beautiful dog, and I hope the owner finds some peace with the loss of their beloved pet.

I am now working on another canine portrait. It will be a challenge, because the photos don't show all the details of the pup, but I am hoping to make it work!

Updates!

Alright, so I guess I am quite bad at keeping this updated, haha! I have done several new drawings over the past week. Here they are, take a look:

 

A drawing I originally had done, but was commissioned to finish it off.

 

A realism pet portrait of my mother's cat, Socks. A surprise gift for her on her birthday!

 

A commissioned piece to show the sadness and emotion behind a military relationship. She really hates to see him leave to go on duty for months at a time.

 

This was a fun piece to do, with a character relaxing in an Avatar-like setting, with glowing plants and such.

My next project is to draw a realism pet portrait of a pit bull who had just recently passed. It is a gift to the owner from a friend of theirs. I will be sure to update when it is complete.
